The company was founded by Dr. Ioannis Pissourios and our office is located in Nicosia, although our clientele widespread across all districts of Cyprus.

Our passion for planning, together with our background in architecture, allows us understand the full procedure from the planning to the design and the development of a property and deliver high-end consultation services. We, however, do not undertake architectural projects.
The company is officially registered in the Cyprus Ministry of Commerce and the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus in the field of “Urban and Regional Planning” under the banner of Ioannis Pissourios L.L.C.
Ioannis Pissourios (PhD)

Founder and Director
Ioannis Pissourios holds a Diploma in Architecture, an MSc in Geography and Cartography, a PhD in Urban Planning, and a Postdoctoral Research Qualification in Urban Analysis.
His professional portfolio spans a wide range of planning and development projects in Cyprus and Greece, from small-scale to large-scale planning and development projects, include high-rise developments, strategic planning for the EXPO 2008, relocation study for the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and master-planning for the Lachanokipi Business Center. Beyond his professional work, Ioannis is actively involved in public discourse on urban and development issues, contributing regularly through opinion pieces in the daily press and participating in committees of the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) and the Cyprus Architects Association.
In parallel with his professional practice, Ioannis maintains a strong academic presence. He is currently an Associate Professor of Urban Planning at Neapolis University Pafos. His academic work focuses on urban planning methodologies, urban analysis, and the integration of GIS and cartographic tools into planning processes.
